Holding
The adjudicating officer found that Noticees 5-19 violated SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations, 2003 by engaging in circular trading and creating a misleading appearance of trading, and that Noticees 20-33 acted as conduits to fund mule accounts for purchase of Darshan Orna shares as part of a manipulation scheme. However, allegations against Noticees 1 and 2 were not established as the impugned trades occurred before the SMS circulation scheme and no connection to Hanif Shekh was demonstrated.
