Adjudication Order in the matter of M/s Regaliaa Realty Ltd Page 2 of 9 aforesaid alleged violations. Subsequently, the undersigned was appointed as the Adjudicating Officer on May 29, 2018 which was communicated vide order dated November 05, 2018.
Adjudication Order in the matter of M/s Regaliaa Realty Ltd Page 3 of 9 c) Upon creation of encumbrance over the shares held by the promoters, the promoters of the Noticee were required, under Regulation 8A(2) of the SAST Regulations, to disclose the details of the aforesaid creation of pledge to the Noticee. Noticee vide email dated October 04, 2018, confirmed that relevant disclosures under Regulation 8A(2) of the SAST Regulations were filed by its promoters.

The aforesaid SCN was issued through Speed Post Acknowledgement Due (SPAD) to the Noticee at the address – Regaliaa Realty Limited, A Block, 2nd Floor, No. 138, Nungambakkam, High Road, Chennai – 600 034. At paragraph 11 of the SCN, the Noticee was advised to furnish its reply, if any, towards the SCN within 15 days of its receipt, failing which, it would be presumed that the Noticee had no reply to submit and the matter would be proceeded with on the basis of the material available on record.
