This is to inform you that our company is a very tiny company as also based & situated in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is also to inform that our company is registered in Calcutta Stock Exchange and ROC, Kolkata. We have our company's registered office at Kolkata only. As a matter of fact, it is very cumbersome task to attend this or any hearing to Mumbai all the way from Kolkata and also it involves lot of monetary expenses such as traveling, food & Lodging. In respect to this, we hereby request you to please refer and transfer our hearing matter to SEBI (ERO), Kolkata office at L & T Chambers, Camac Street and provide us with a deferred date and allow us to attend the hearing on that new date in Kolkata only. We also like to inform you, though it is long due, but we have already started the necessary work to obtain the SCORES Authentication and we will get the form and other documents ready at the earliest and will submit the same directly to the authority.
