On further analysis of the trades within the suspected group, it was seen that the intra-group contribution to the total NHP was Rs. 50 i.e. 25.10% of the total NHP contribution by the suspected entities. Thus it is alleged that the Noticees manipulated the scrip price by way of their trading in the scrip in Patch 1. In view of this, it is further alleged that trading amongst aforesaid Noticees was manipulative in nature to create misleading appearance of trading in the scrip and to increase the scrip price. Therefore, it is again alleged that the Noticees have violated the provisions of Section 12A(a), (b) & (c) of the SEBI Act read with Regulations 3(a), (b), (c) & (d), 4(1) and 4(2)(a) & (e) of PFUTP Regulations.
