Atul Saraogi, in his letter dated November 23, 2016 (copy enclosed as ‘Annexure E’) has stated that Vimala Devi Kalantri is his mother-in-law and that the mobile number 9920904726 is registered in his name. 4) It is observed that from KYC & Account Opening Form of Vimala Devi Kalantri (Copy enclosed as ‘Annexure F’) that she was sole signatory to her account. It is observed from KYC & Account Opening Form of Vimala Devi Kalantri that her email id was atulsaraogi@gmail.com. Phone number associated with her account was 9320086222. She had stated in her Account Opening Form that this phone number belonged to Atul Saraogi. As per reply dated November 18, 2016 of JM Financial Limited (Copy enclosed as ‘Annexure G’), email id atulsaraogi@gmail.com and phone number 9320086222 belonged to Atul Saraogi. As per reply dated November 21, 2016 from JM Financial Limited (Copy enclosed as ‘Annexure H’), the said email id was given by Atul Saraogi himself in his resignation email dated September 30, 2016. 5) The Noticee has provided transcripts and copy of voice recordings of calls through which Atul Saraogi had placed orders in the scrip on behalf of Vimala Devi Kalantri (copy enclosed as ‘Annexure I’) and the ledger of account of Vimala Devi Kalantri (copy enclosed as ‘Annexure J’).
