Sakthi Finance Limited (Order dated September 14, 2016), wherein Adjudication Proceedings against Late N. Mahalingam were abated.

The undersigned has been appointed as the Adjudicating Officer (‘AO’) under Rule 3 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI Adjudication Rules”) read with Section 15-I of SEBI Act to inquire into and adjudge under Section 15A(b) of SEBI Act, 1992, the alleged violation of the provisions of Regulation 13(4A) read with 13(5) of PIT Regulations by the Noticee.
