Adjudication Order in respect of Tulsi Extrusions Limited in the matter of its GDR issues Page 2 of 11 scrip during the period when trading window is closed. Further, he had entered into opposite transaction in the next six months following the prior transaction in respect of 32,060 shares in violation of Clause 4.2 of the model code of conduct for prevention of insider trading as mandated by Regulation 12(1) of PIT Regulations, which stipulates that all directors/ officers/ designated employees who buy or sell any number of shares of the company shall not enter into an opposite transaction i.e. sell or buy any number of shares during the next six months following the prior transaction, unless there is a personal emergency, after obtaining due approval from compliance officer.
