It was alleged that Jaidka Industries Limited (hereinafter referred to as , “Noticee/Company”) had failed to redress investor grievances pending therein even after obtaining SCORES authentication, within the timelines stipulated by SEBI, therefore not complying with the aforesaid SEBI Circulars.
