Adjudication order in the matter of Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd. Page 2 of 4 synchronized trades amongst themselves. It is also revealed that Noticee 1 and another entity namely Afjalbhai Kasambhai Lakhani indulged in self trades. These trades allegedly created artificial volume in the scrip leading to false and misleading appearance of trading of the scrip in the securities market and hence, fraudulent. Thus, it was alleged that the acts of these nine entities including the Noticees were in violation of Regulations 3(a), (b), (c), (d), and 4(1), 4(2) (a) and (g) of PFUTP Regulations.

Page 3 of 4 It is also observed that Ms. Nikita Amitkumar Shah, wife of Noticee 1 (Shri Amitkumar Amrutlal Shah), vide letter dated November 07, 2017, informed that her husband had passed away on June 08, 2015. In this regard, a copy of Death Certificate dated June 15, 2015 of Noticee 1 was submitted.
