Adjudication Order in the matter of Manpasand Beverages Ltd. Page 3 of 24 interim reporting was decided as April 16, 2018 and deadline for final reporting was set as May 10, 2018. However, as the necessary information was still not provided by the Company to the statutory auditor, the statutory auditor could not complete the audit assignment as per the plan. On May 23, 2018, the Company informed to the stock exchanges that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2018 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and FY 2017-18. Thereafter, DHS has submitted its resignation as statutory auditor and sent letter dated May 26, 2018 to the company.
