Adjudication Proceedings in respect of Covidh Technologies Limited Page 2 of 11 (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and imposing penalties) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Adjudication Rules’) vide order dated September 20, 2021 to inquire into and adjudge under Section 15A(a) and 15 HB of SEBI act for the alleged violation of the provisions of Section 11C(3) and 11C(5) of the SEBI act.

It was observed that the average number of shares traded daily during the investigation period was 4,38,007 which was much higher than the average number of shares traded before IP (3,276 shares) and after IP (12, 484 shares). Whereas the average shares traded daily during the period Nov 17, 2016- Feb 15, 2017 was just 3,276.
