With regard to the aforementioned SCN, vide email dated August 01, 2023, Mr. Prakash, Chartered Accountant of the Noticee, informed about the death of the Noticee and provided a copy of the Death certificate of the Noticee, issued by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The death certificate shows that the Noticee passed away on June 01, 2021. Death certificate has been cross verified from the website of Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
