With regard to the aforementioned SCN, vide letter dated November 14, 2022, Mr. Chintu Kumar Agarwal informed about the death of the Noticee and provided a scanned copy of the Death certificate of the Noticee, issued by the Raniganj Municipality. Further, vide email dated November 29, 2022, Mr. Chintu Kumar Agarwal submitted the self-certified scanned copy of death certificate of the Noticee and submitted the attested copy of the death certificate of the Noticee. The death certificate shows that the Noticee passed away on August 10, 2015.
