It was also specified that in case of its non-appearance, the matter will be proceeded with on the basis of material available on record. 5) Noticee 10 had sought inspection of documents vide mail dated October 19, 2022, which was duly granted and conducted by the authorized representative of Noticee 10 on November 15, 2022. Noticee 16 also sought inspection of documents vide mal dated October 19, 2022, which was granted on November 15, 2022. However, Noticee 16 did not attend the inspection. Noticee 11 had also sought inspection of documents vide mail dated November 21, 2022, which was granted on December 02, 2022. However, the authorized representative of Noticee 11 informed that inspection of documents is not required by Noticee 11 if copy of investigation report can be provided to Noticee 11. Vide mail dated November 28, 2022, Noticee 11 was provided a copy of relevant extracts of Investigation report. 6) Vide mail dated Noember 02, 2022, the Noticees who had not submitted their replies were advised to make their submissions on or before November 10, 2022. 7) The delivery status and mode of dispatch of SCN, hearing and Noticees’ submissions and hearings granted is tabulated below.
