Adjudication Order in the matter of Vikas Lifecare Limited Page 3 of 18 July 2, 2024. Copy of the said order is enclosed herewith as Annexure 5. It was also observed that the, Noticee did not make a disclosure in respect of the order dated May 23, 2024 to the Stock Exchanges.
