Noticees 1, 2, 4 to 19, 22, 23 and 24 were alleged to have violated the provisions of Section 12A(a), (b) and (c) of SEBI Act, 1992 and Regulations 3(a), (b), (c), (d) and 4(1), 4(2)(a), (b), (e) of PFUTP Regulations, by entering into fraudulent trades with each other in the scrip of AISL during the IP. Noticees 1, 3, 6, 13, 14, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27 and 28 were issued summons for personal appearance by the Investigating Authority (IA) during the course of investigation. However, they did not submit any response to the same and also failed to appear before the IA without providing any reasonable cause, which hampered the process of investigation in ascertaining more facts and information. Thus, they have allegedly violated the provisions of Section 11C(3) and 11C(5) of SEBI Act, 1992.
