The details in respect of the alleged violation by the Noticee are as given below: a) Presently there are 11 investor complaints pending against you as on date in the SCORES system, one of which dates back to the year 1996. You have not filed Action taken Reports duly supported by documentary evidence in respect of the pending complaints as on date. b) It is therefore alleged that despite being called upon to do so you have failed to redress the pending investor grievances within the time specified by the Board and also failed to file the Action Taken Report in this regard resulting in violation of Section 15C and 15HB of the SEBI Act.

Page 4 of 10 along with the notice of opportunity of hearing on January 27, 2020, was published in two newspapers, one in THE TIMES OF INDIA (an English daily newspaper having nationwide circulation) and another in DIVYA BHASKAR – Gujarati language newspaper (a newspaper having wide circulation published in the language of the region, where the Noticee was last known to have resided). The said publication was done on the date of December 22, 2019.
