Page 2 of 20 1992, (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI Act”) read with Section 15-I (1) of the SEBI Act and Rule 3 of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as “Adjudication Rules”) to conduct adjudication proceedings inter-alia in respect of the Noticee, in the manner specified under Rule 4 of the Adjudication Rules read with Section 15-I (1) and (2) of the SEBI Act, and if satisfied that penalty is liable, to impose such

The SCN in question has been issued to Noticee after almost 3-years i.e. in the February, 2019, despite the fact that when such trading were made by the Noticee, no action has been preferred by BSE, being first level regulator against such alleged violation at prevalent point of time.

Further, the Noticee requested to furnish the copy of certain documents and particulars replied upon during the course of Investigation as well as while issuing the impugned Show Cause Notice, immediately so as to enable it to conduct the inspection of the documents and thereafter to put its objection within 21-days or such other extended times. …….”
