Pursuant to submission of the investigation report, the competent authority in SEBI prima facie felt satisfied that there are sufficient grounds to inquire and adjudicate upon the aforesaid violations by the Noticee. By a communication-order dated December 20, 2018, Shri Santosh Shukla was appointed as Adjudicating Officer (erstwhile AO) to inquire into and adjudge under Rule 5 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Adjudication Rules’) and under 15HA of the SEBI Act for the aforesaid alleged violations by the Noticee.
