Adjudication Order in respect of thirteen entities in the matter of IPO of Timbor Home Limited Page 2 of 42 under sections 23A(a) and 23E of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as “SCRA”) for the alleged violations of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating To Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 ( hereinafter referred to as “PFUTP Regulations”), SEBI (Issue Of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 ( since repealed) (hereinafter referred to as “ICDR Regulations”) and SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992 (hereinafter referred to as “Merchant Banker Regulations”) and provisions of the Listing Agreement read with SCRA w.r.t.
