In the said SCN, it was stated/ alleged that Noticee was informed vide letter dated January 22, 2013 that three investor complaints were pending (for more than two years) against it in the SCORES and was directed to redress the complaints within seven days of the receipt of the letter. This letter also mentioned that non-redressal of the investor complaints shall attract the
Page 3 of 5 on September 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at SEBI Bhavan, Mumbai. In response to the same the Noticee vide its letter dated August 28, 2013 authorised Ms. Krutika R. Apte, Company Secretary of NSL as its Authorised Representative (hereinafter referred to as "AR") for the aforementioned hearing. During the course of personal hearing on September 5, 2013 the AR while reiterating the
Page 4 of 5 June 21, 2013 (proof of dispatch available) informed the complainant that the transfer form was incomplete due to name address and signature of witness, franking of the form, copy of PAN card and was also advised to submit the aforesaid. It is noted that NSL has not submitted the proof of delivery to of this letter. It is observed that the complainant Mr. Jalam Singh Solanki has neither submitted the abovementioned documents nor replied back.
