According to the investigation report of SEBI, the telephone number 0330334016250 belongs to Nirmal Bang Securities Pvt. Ltd., and outgoing call from the same was observed at 16:34:43 whereas trades were executed during 09:32:15 to 09:34:41. The impugned trades had been executed before the calls were made to the Manish Agarwal. Hence, the noticee was alleged to have placed orders fraudulently without the consent and authorization of its client Manish Agarwal. Also, the investigation team of SEBI could not confirm from the voice logs submitted by noticee the identity of the person who had placed orders for the impugned trades.
