Adjudication Order in respect of M/s. Linkhouse Industries Ltd. Page 4 of 15 Aihar sold 5,025 shares on August 3, 2005 and August 25, 2005 between the period July 1, 2005 and September 30, 2005. No other transaction by Aihar during this period was observed. Therefore, the shareholding of Aihar as on September 30, 2005 was 49,975 shares (i.e. out of 55,000 shares as on June 30, 2005 – 5,025 shares were sold). However, the shareholding of Aihar was disclosed as ‘nil’ by Linkhouse to BSE as on September 30, 2005.
