However, it was observed that Trans Techno Foods Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Noticee/ Company) did not submit the details to SEBI which were required to be furnished in terms of the said Circular.

I have persused the material available on record, and I find that in the website of the Ministry of Company Affairs, the status of the Noticee is mentioned as ‘Under Liquidation’. I find from the documents available on records that the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat, had passed an order of liquidation against the Noticee dated March 23, 2015 in Company Petition No. 140 of 2014 and the Official Liquidator, of High Court, Gujarat, was appointed as Liquidator of the said Company.
