Adjudication Order in respect of Shri Umashankar Agarwal Page 2 of 17 2. Accordingly, SEBI passed an Adjudication Order No. RA/DPS/277/2018 dated January 19, 2018 against the Noticee. The said adjudication order was challenged by the Noticee before the Hon’ble SAT which was set aside by Hon’ble SAT vide an order dated May 4, 2018 restoring the matter for passing fresh order on merits and in accordance with law.
