2 shares of the company under the head “promoter’s category”. With the purchase of 7533 shares for Rs. 18.24 lakhs the shareholding percentage and the voting rights of Shri Harsha Viji had changed. Vide letter dated August 20, 2009, Shri Harsha Viji has stated that he had applied to the company on October 10, 2008 for preclearance of the transaction for 7600 shares. The company also gave the clearance on the same day to Shri Harsha Viji and he intimated the company further on October 17, 2008 on completion of the purchase transaction alongwith a copy of the contract note evidencing purchase of 7,553 equity shares of the company.
3 CHARGE 6. It is further alleged that prior to the Press Release dated November 06, 2008 regarding entering into joint venture with BNP Paribas Securities Service, France, the promoters and related entities of the company had bought shares of the company and some of them were also top net buyers in the scrip. The following are the details of the said purchases.
