Since the Noticee was not linked to SCORES, as authentication was not taken by the Noticee, the complaint was referred to the Noticee in physical form vide SEBI letter dated November 19, 2015 sent at address “18-B-1-B, Raja Bhudur Mansion 9/11, 2nd Fl., HomiModi X Street No. 2, Opp. Jammu & Kashmir Bank, Mumbai 400001”which was delivered on November 23, 2015, advising the Noticee inter- alia to look into the complaint and communicate with the complainant regarding action taken in this regard. Further the Noticee was also advised to update the action taken along with supporting documents, if any, electronically in SCORES, within 7 days of receipt of the complaint and resolve the complaint within 30 days after the receipt of the complaint.
