Adjudication Order in respect of M/s Thapar Concast Limited Page 2 of 8 April 28, 2015 referred to as "Noticee") did not submit the details to SEBI which were required to be furnished in terms of the said Circular.

Adjudication Order in respect of M/s Thapar Concast Limited Page 3 of 8 April 28, 2015 cause why an inquiry should not be held against it under Rule 4(3) of the Adjudication Rules read with Section 15I of the SEBI Act, 1992 for the alleged violations.

Adjudication Order in respect of M/s Thapar Concast Limited Page 4 of 8 April 28, 2015  As the company did not receive the Circular dated June 03, 2011 regarding SCORES, it could not be implemented. However, now we have come to know of the same the same has been done. Further on 02.02.2015 we have registered with SCORES and obtained User ID and Password for redresssal of Investor grievances and submission of action taken report (ATRs). All the complaints pending in the SCORES are being redressed and ATR will be filed shortly. ......."
