Page 2 of 10 2. The Investigation Report (hereinafter referred to as ‘IR’) of SEBI concluded that certain entities had violated SEBI Act/ Rules/ Regulations while dealing in the IPO of ESL. In this regard, it was noted from the

Page 3 of 10 SHOW CAUSE NOTICE, HEARING AND REPLY 4. Accordingly, a Show Cause Notice A&E/DRK/ASG/ 20610/2011 dated June 29, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as ‘SCN’) was served on the noticee by RPAD in terms of the provisions of Rule 4(1) of the Adjudication Rules, seeking reply of the noticee as to why an inquiry should not be held against the noticee in respect of the violations alleged to have been committed by the noticee.
