Shah (having address at 84, Jain temple, Taluk kalol, Post: Pansar- 382740, Mehsana, Gujarat)
CORRIGENDUM TO ADJUDICATION ORDER NO. IVD/WOL/AO/DRK/ASG/EAD3- 40/2009 1. The abovementioned Adjudication Order dated August 07, 2009 has been passed, imposing a penalty of Rs. 2, 50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand) only on the noticee, Shri Manoj T. Shah.
2. In para 29 and 30 of the above-mentioned Adjudication Order, the amount of penalty has been inadvertently printed as Rs. 2,50,0000 /-in numerical figures and the same may be read as Rs. 2,50,000/-.
