Sir, Please refer to the interim order dated April 27, 2006 issued under Sections 11, 11B and 11(4) of Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and Section 19 of Depositories Act, 1996 in the matter of investigation into Initial Public Offerings, your replies dated May 10, 2006 and July 21, 2006 and the personal hearing granted before Whole Time Member, SEBI on August 4, 2006. In this regard, it is informed that the Whole Time Member, SEBI, vide office noting dated January 15, 2009, has ordered as under: "Since SAT has already set aside the SEBI adjudication order, the matter may be treated as disposed of."
