On analyzing the total valid buy orders placed by the trading members it was observed that the noticee placed valid orders for total 11,99,836 shares for the group comprising Vidya Finvest Limited (promoter of GEE), Shri. S.L. Agarwal (Managing Director as well as promoter of GEE), Shri S.M.Agarwal (Executive Director as well as promoter of GEE), Basant Kumar Sanganeria (BKS), Basant Kumar Sanganeria's HUF (BKS HUF), Basant Kumar Sanganeria's wife Ms. Sunita Sanganeria (SS) and Basant Kumar Sanganeria's mother Ms. Gayatri Devi Sanganeria (GDS) which accounted for 59.18% of total valid buy orders. It is noted that the noticee acted as stock broker to the group during the investigation period.
