It was observed that on NSE the closing price of the scrip went up from Rs. 70.65 on October 19, 2004 to Rs. 139.30 on December 20, 2004 and further moved from Rs.113.50 on May 02, 2005 to Rs. 203.85 on September 13, 2005 and volume was in the range of 6,442 shares and 8,66,318 shares against daily average of 1,02,971 shares.

Page 3 of 16 5. It is observed from the BSE investigation report that Jalco has received shares from M/s Harrington Commercial Pvt. Ltd. [a company related to REI Agro Ltd], by way of an off-market transfer of the shares.
