Thus, it was observed during examination that, Noticee did not make requisite disclosures under the provisions of Regulations 6(1), 7(1), 7(3), 9, 13(1), 13(2), 13(3), 13(4), 50(1), 50 (2), 50(3), 51, 52(1), 52(2), 52(4), 52(5), 52(7), 52(8), 53, 54(1), 54 (2),55, 56, 57(1), 57(2), 58, 59, 60 (1), 60 (2) and 62 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
