Adjudication Order in respect of Shyam Rathi HUF Page 2 of 28 APPOINTMENT OF ADJUDICATING OFFICER 3. Vide an order dated June 13, 2017, issued by SEBI, the undersigned has been appointed as the Adjudicating Officer under Section 15-I of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI Act”) to inquire into and adjudge under Section 15HA of SEBI Act, the aforesaid violations alleged to have been committed by the Noticee.

With a view to give a final opportunity of personal hearing the Noticee was granted one more opportunity of personal hearing on April 02, 2019. However, the Noticee again did not appear for the personal hearing.
