During the hearing, the AR submitted a copy of the audit report dated June 01, 2016 along with a copy of courier dispatch receipt dated June 12, 2016 addressed to SEBI by the Noticee. The AR undertook to make post hearing submissions in the matter latest by October 16, 2018. However, the Noticee failed to make any post hearing submissions in the matter.
