4. The Panel of Whole Time Members of SEBI approved the recommendations of the HPAC and the same was communicated to the Applicant vide email dated December 06, 2017.
5. Accordingly, the Applicant vide letter dated December 18, 2017 has remitted a sum of Rs 2,25,750/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) towards settlement charges through Demand Draft no. 190522 dated December 18, 2017 drawn on State Bank of India, Drawee branch, Andheri East Mumbai.
6. In view of above, in terms of Regulation 15(1) of Settlement Regulations, 2014, it is hereby ordered that this settlement order disposes of the aforesaid adjudication proceedings initiated in respect of against the Applicant namely Natura Hue Chem Limited vide Show Cause Notice No. EAD/PJ/VP/17967/2015 dated June 30, 2015.
