Also, a copy of the letter dated June 19, 2018 was forwarded to info@sampatibroking.com; info@sampatigroup.in; and jayesh_madiyar@sampatibroking.com, the email ids through which the noticee communicated to SEBI during the examination and available on record. However, Sampati failed to appear for the hearing and also to file reply to the SCN.
