Adjudication Order in the matter of P M Telelinks Ltd., Page 2 of 26 (hereinafter referred to as Noticee “5”), who were connected to each other had traded in the scrip of PMTL above Last Traded Price (LTP) and thereby manipulated the price of the scrip. It was also observed that the Noticee 3 by trading significantly at New High Price (NHP) had indulged in price manipulation. Therefore, it was alleged that the Noticees had violated the provisions of Regulations 3 (a), (b), (c), & (d), 4 (1), 4 (2) (a) and 4 (2) (e) of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices) Regulations, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “PFUTP Regulations”)
