Adjudication Order in respect of ARG Management Solutions Pvt., Ltd., Page 2 of 19 Order dated August 28, 2019 under Section 15I of the SEBI Act and Rule 3 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI Adjudication Rules”) to inquire into and adjudge under Section 15HA of the SEBI Act for the alleged violation of provisions SEBI Act and SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations.
