Adjudication Order in the matter of Meuse Kara Sungrace Mafatlal Limited (Now known as MYNK1906Industries India Limited Page 3 of 10 present matter vide order dated March 27, 2018. Subsequently it was observed that section 15HB of the SEBI Act would be more appropriate than section 15A(a) of the SEBI Act for dealing with the violations of the provisions of SEBI Circular.
