Sunil Kumar, the Competent Authority has appointed the undersigned, as the Adjudicating Officer on June 02, 2015 under Section 19 of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with Section 15(I) of the SEBI Act, 1992 and Rule 3 of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 1995.
