It was, therefore, alleged in that the Noticee had failed to obtain SCORES authentication and thereby violated the provisions of SEBI Consolidated Circular No. CIR/OIAE/1/2014 dated December 18, 2014, which makes the Noticee liable for imposition of penalty under Section 15 HB of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (hereinafter referred to as "SEBI Act").

Page 4 of 7 a company specific user id and password to be provided by SEBI. I note that the aforesaid SEBI circulars are addressed to all companies whose securities are listed on the Stock Exchanges. As per the SCORES website, the Noticee was listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “BSE”), and National Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “NSE”). The trading in the shares of the company was suspended on NSE and BSE on May 03, 2000 and January 27, 2004 respectively.
