The value and volume of our trades in the scrip of RDL was within our financial and risk bearing capacity. The alleged trades passed through scrutiny and monitoring system maintained by us as well as robust online surveillance of the stock exchanges. At the relevant point of time, no alert was generated in scrip of RDL and no alarm was raised by either of 2 stock exchanges with respect to trading in the scrip of RDL.
