Pursuant to exchange of correspondence between the Enforcement Department-2 (Settlement Division) and the applicant, vide letter dated April 17, 2019, the applicant proposed payment of Rs. 3,21,93,750/- (Rupees Three Crore Twenty One Lakh Ninety Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) towards full and final settlement of alleged default mentioned in the SCN.
