Pursuant to exchange of correspondence between the Enforcement Department-2 (Settlement Division) and the applicant, vide letter dated April 17, 2019, the applicant proposed payment of Rs. 6,76,64,824/- (Rupees Six Crore Seventy Six Lakh Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Four only) towards full and final settlement of alleged default mentioned in the SCN.
