Page 2 of 8 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the 'Noticees') had acquired 0.04%, 0.11% and 0.06% shares of the total paid up equity capital of GAGL on January 31, 2005, February 23, 2005 and March 31, 2005, respectively. However, it was observed that no public announcement was made for the said acquisitions by the Noticees as required under the SAST Regulations. SEBI has, therefore, initiated Adjudication Proceedings against the Noticees for the alleged violation of the provisions of Regulation 11 (2) of SAST Regulations.
