(P) Ltd. and Vikas Bengani, connected to TSWL and to each other one way or the other by way of common telephone numbers, addresses, off-market transactions etc., had dealt in the scrip of TSWL in a fraudulent and manipulative manner during the period under investigation.

During June, 2005 to August, 2005 (which is after the period of investigation), Champion Tie-up Services Pvt. Ltd. (one of the persons acting in concert with the promoters of TSWL) transferred shares to Vikas Bengani and Jinprabhu Sec. Pvt. Ltd.
