SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA CORRIGENDUM TO ADJUDICATION ORDER NO. EAD-2/AO/ 113-123 /2012 1. Whereas by an order bearing No. EAD-2/AO/ 113-123 /2012 dated December 31, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as "the order") monetary penalties were imposed on certain entities described therein.
2. And whereas I have noticed an inadvertent error in the total amount of penalty mentioned in the order and indicated under para 36 on Page 16. The total monetary penalty shall be read as `1,40,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Forty Lakhs Only).
