In the matter of Inanna Fashion and Trends Limited Page 2 of 8 1.4 Mr. Deepak Pandurang Vikhape (hereinafter referred as Noticee No 5) had violated Regulation 13(1) and 13(3) read with 13(5) of PIT 1992 read with Regulation 12(2) of PIT 2015, Regulation 29(1) and 29(2) read with 29(3) of SAST Regulations
